This reputation is fair.
I did take on the deal will full intent of completing it and started but unfortunately had issues with my parents and PC therefore could not send the completed product (still on my pc)
I kept the user updated and never had any intention of scamming, ignoring or causing any harm but due to the circumstances I wasted a lot of this users time.
I gave full permission to chargeback as I couldn't refund due to not having anything in my paypal and tried to sell my server "Runecade" to get this but the bidding only reached $90 and it was worth quite a bit more from appraisals.
I apologize for this and hope you can successfully chargeback the payment.
To Note:
I never ignored or pushed away the user and kept him updated with my pc, my attempts at getting my pc back etc.. -

The payment was also only $20 as I didn't send the final product so he didn't send the final half of the payment (another 20 to make 40)
