Spamming the same copy & pasted message on every single thread there is.
Replying on requesting threads isn't spam. We send a single message to requesting threads, and while it is the same message, that isn't spam. There is no need to personalize each message as we further conversation with people on discord through our ticket system. I am disappointed that people find such offense to such a harmless reply on requesting threads, especially considering we've never had a bad experience with one of our clients. There is a clear difference between spam and being quick to assist anyone who needs work done. Regardless if you don't like Leap for such a minor reason that is your own decision, but to leave a negative rep when you have never even used Leap is uninformative and slanderous. You mention that you have joined the server to leave criticism, which is perfectly fine and appreciated by us. Although, that isn't what happened and your accusation of a ban is also exaggerated. What truly happened is when you joined, you went into our general chat and started cussing, as our bot deleted your messages under our word filter, multiple times, and you were kicked for breaking our rules. If you had even gave our server a second look you would see that we have a suggestions channel, where any feedback can be submitted into. The truth of the matter is without reason, besides an annoyance at our requesting thread reply, left a negative rep that doesn't nearly represent Leap and our work.
