I offered my services to this user, he accepts me onto his team. Approximately five minutes later of acceptance, my snippets of code is pasted on this discord by another person and I ask him to remove it as it's from a private project. The user says 'Its not public', 'Its between me and my leadership'. I ask a question as to why all of them are his leadership as there's no way a whole staff team is his leadership team, he then bans me from the server and blocks me on discord.

It was a snippet of basic code, Even then I asked to see your work for me and leadership to review, if you looked at the chat channel ti said "Leadership-chat" You then DMed me saying not to post it public in which it wasn't, Clearly to review your work my team would need to see it...And determine whether you're a good fit, I said I'd love to have you on the team...That doesn't mean the others would too.. I bought you into the discord to introduce yourself and to show your work to the rest of leadership...I blocked you because my team decided your code was bad and unorganized...for a small simple code.
