I purchased two ads from Advera, one for SkyFly which didnt get the amount of joins it said I was guaranteed but
I let it slide because I did not know I could get a partial refund. But however I purchased another one for a new discord
called "DreamiaMC" it received 521 joins before the giveaway ended. I asked for a partial refund but he ignored me.

Hi. You agreed to the terms and conditions of the package stating. "No circumstances do we offer any refunds" we tried to resolve this with you by using alerternative options however you left the group chat before we could do so. Then saying you're taking this to MCM...
We also state inside our TOS that if there has been an advertisement bought for a 2nd time from a server we do not guarantee further joins. We confronted you about this and then you left the groupchat.
