We agreed on a 2 days delivery time with extra pay, he kept delaying, coming up with excuses and ignoring me and lying about them being done. After 6-7 days he finally finished it, well apparently it was his friend doing it, not him. Satisified with the result, but not with the seller and his communication.
It ended up with me opening a refund case on Paypal for items not delivered.
