Very rude, scetchy person

He bought a trailer from me, first he was refusing to pay 50% of payment upfront, then when i finished the trailer he asked to save project and do another revision in few days which i did, now he told me that he did not want trailer anymore and was asking me to not take second half of the payment, but finnaly he sent $7 (instead of $9). And during this process he was very rude as you can see in picture.Would not recommend.
