The first few updates looked well and was given on the first day I opened the Ticket. He apologized for slow updates because he was having an issue with his tickets. I then requested an update on the 24th of Dec and he failed to respond and it is now the 07th of January 51 days since he began with nothing. Yes this was a vouch copy, but I believe a vouch copy but should be high standard in order to receive the best vouch.

User responded to me today.
"I appreciate it. I understand your frustration, and to be very glass door with you I was recently promoted to Senior Administrator of a fairly big project so I have been very busy with that. I apologize for the lack of updates and information. Thank you for your time, and I apologize I couldn't provide in a timely manner."
We should have been notified of this position change and told it may take longer, but we were left to wonder if he'll ever respond to us. Hope all goes well for Kyus in the future.
