To earn my view this user has performed following actions
I took an extremely large project from this user to do. After looking through the project getting it up on github and starting to improve the project (It was a core plugin made by another developer using absolutely terrible practices), I began improving the coding practices used and after a week I finally asked the user for more information on what they needed done so I can accomplish it and they requested a refund. At this point I'm out the paypal fees and multiple hours of my time.

I gave the user freedom to work on the project as they like and not be like a mother asking "How's it going?" every day. 8 days later the user sent me a list of some questions about the core, but at that point, I was already done with waiting as I could've hired someone else who would've been much more effective at solving the problems we had with the core. The user is now also stating that I am the one wasting his time...?
