I do not recommend dealing with this user/trading.
Doesn't feel trustworthy and he's not experienced in the business specially when trading with paypal
To earn my view this user has performed following actions
He things f&f is free for anyone. He will ask you to send payment first being that he has complaints, terrible reviews and is not active in the platform.
He also wanted me to hire a middle man which I would have to pay for to use his service. After discussing this he would call me shady.
