I worked for this users server called 'MantleMC' - As a owner step is very hands on, and loves to get involved with the work at hand. Even though he has a team behind him who he could leave to do all the work. Step loves to put in the work also, which is something you struggle to see in some of the servers now days.

He is very laid back with his time and understands things take time, and is willing to allow his team to do it bit by bit to make sure its done the right way.
In conclusion the user is doing an amazing job at running his own server & community, and if he is to work elsewhere he should defiantly be considered.
