We agreed a quote, what i wanted and everything was set. Unfortunately he demanded i paid using Friends & family, however i offered in return that I pay the fees and use the goods and service option, as he is offering me a service and i get buyer protection if something goes wrong. He denied this and once again demanded i use friends and family.. which only protects him as a seller and not me as a buyer. The deal was to pay 50/50 at the start and end of build. Due to the issue we was having, i offered to pay him $5 now as Friends and family, then $35 once the building was complete. He declined this resolution.

Demanded i pay using paypal friends & family which offers no protection for the buyer. I gave him multiple offers to fix the resolution and he just got angry with me.
