Very talented and professional, even with unusual requests

I went to them with a relatively unusual request - asking not for any configuration work, but instead asking for a series of documents to be produced that I and my team could use as a sort of reference guide going forward.

I assume that this is fairly uncommon and that most would simply have them do the work, but they were happy to produce these documents and did so in a very clean and easy-to-read manner, going above and beyond even in this kind of request.
