User is purchasing a product of mine, then asking support for installing / using it, and 20 days later he makes a chargeback on his money, resulting me in having a to pay €15 chargeback fees and the returnal of his original payment for the product...

User is purchasing a product of mine, then asking support for installing / using it, and 20 days later he makes a chargeback on his money, resulting me in having a to pay €15 chargeback fees and the returnal of his original payment for the product. Seeing the other feedback on this user I am highly disappointed that such a active user which has been a seller him self makes a chargeback.
