He hired me to make a custom prison setup for his network, "OPAnarchy."
We mutually agreed on specific terms and conditions for the service. According to our agreement, he was to pay the full price once 50% of the setup was completed. We clearly defined what constituted 50% of the setup in our terms.

Upon reaching the 50% completion mark, he refused to pay the invoice. He subsequently ignored my messages and became completely unresponsive. Additionally, he provided incorrect assets for the project and only informed me of this after I had already started integrating them.

Overall, he is unreliable, wastes people's time, and does not honor agreements. I do not recommend working with him under any circumstances.
