Vouch for JC_Plays_MC!I require a package plugin similar to citizens or basic commandnpcs that gives me the ability to spawn individual mobs in predetermined locations that i choose with configurable walk distance that when killed re spawn to the determined location with a configurable re spawn time. As well as having the option to use a few select npcs to initiative commands. similar to runescape.
