This is an amazing weather system, I would like to suggest a few things like adding lightning and thunder? But otherwise for just rain and weather system this one works amazing!

I considered adding lightning, but I found that most players prefer a lighter Cloudy Skybox during gameplay. While lightning and thunder effects can significantly enhance the atmosphere in horror games, they may negatively impact user experience in Roleplay and action RPG Games, potentially reducing player engagement. For example: RPGs and Roleplays often involve long sessions, and excessive weather distractions could make gameplay less enjoyable over time, For this reason, I chose not to include it in the current weather system. However, I appreciate your suggestion and may develop a separate resource specifically for dynamic lightning and thunder effects in the future. Thank you for the feedback!
