AdvancedList v1.3

This update attempts to fix the lag that can happen on big servers with a lot of players. I haven't been able to test it on a massive server so I'll need feedback from you guys.

Bug fix...

New placeholder: %JustOneMore% this will be replaced by the amount of players online + 1

Also fixes minor memory leak

Fixes an exploit.

This fixes something with Essentials. No need to update unless you had issues with a message saying "/list [group]" when you did /list.

This update makes vanished players not show up in the /list.

Please note: This is made to work with plugins, that allow players with the right permissions to still see vanished players.
Basically, if you use Essentials to vanish, if you have the permission to still see vanished players, you can still see vanished players in /list, but other players cannot.

Had a request of adding /who as an alias, so I did.
