Black Rapids, Alaska, is a general name for the area that the Northern Warfare Training Center is in, the Arctic training center of the U.S. Army. This area has dangerous water rapids, extremely large peaks, deep valleys, and heavy snow. This map was created as an FTX/Training Center for milsims, and is the ideal arctic training map for your unit. It can be universally used as anything if you know how to change the terrain, but its main purpose is as a winter warfare training center, as stated.
