ChargeCreeper is a great plugin for factions servers. It allows you to give players an item that can charge a creeper! It can be helpful in raiding bases.

• Configurable Item Name
• Special creeper name tag
• Fake lightning effect
• Controllable Item Durability
• Configurable Knockback

Permissions:

• ChargeCreeper.give - Used for the give command
• ChargeCreeper.reload - Used to reload the plugin
• ChargeCreeper.Charge - Permission to use the item, turned off in config by default.
