sad, very sad. this is so far the best bot you can use, but the support is nothing more than a joke - there is no support. i am far away from being a toxic user or someone that have no understanding for real life issues - but after months of trying i have to say: these guys dont give a f***. great product, unfortunately marketed by the wrong people. get people to help you support your customers.

This has by far been the best bot release for discord ever, I have been using these systems since Sep 2, 2021 and I have never once thought about using another bot. Keep up the amazing work and I can't wait to see what the future has to bring for us!
