CoreTickets | CoreBot Addon v2.2.2

I recently purchased the CoreTickets addon for CoreBot, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The addon works amazingly well, providing seamless ticket management that has significantly improved our workflow.

The support from Zorino was absolutely outstanding. They were incredibly responsive and helpful, making the entire setup process a breeze. I had no issues whatsoever, and I highly recommend this addon to anyone looking for efficient ticket management for their CoreBot. Great product and exceptional support!

Do not purchase

As of December 31st, 2023. I have confirmed that this addon does not work with the current version of CoreBot. I have not test the previous versions of CoreBot. It will most-likely work on CoreBot v4.5.1 as that is the version that the addon is made on and test on but it does not work with CoreBot v4.5.4. I have tested all available versions provided in the updates section however it does not work at all. The addon is obfuscated aswell so you cannot fix it. The addon loads, however no commands work/register. It displays no errors and or output to the console.

It wasn't the easier to set up (especially bc it has no documentation). I found the default config didn't actually work for some reason, causing the future configs not to work either (following a wrong config). Either way, it works really well once you figure it out.

At the end of the day, CoreTickets is good and has so much potential and Zorino seems talented and extra smart. However, the support as some of the other reviews state is not there. A product can be great but when issues pop up and the developer isn't active it just doesn't work out well. I think he should get a full time support team on all of his products, and his sales would easily go up but for now it's just lacking :/

it will not be the best support, nor will it have the best guides, but here is the best ticket bot of all, special thanks to ZORINO, I love you, thanks for the patience and help.

Addon works good but licence checker goes offline once a month preventing corebot from working

The Addon is super awesome,
but ngl there's some issues:
1- there's no documentation to explain everything inside it
2- Sorry but i have to say it, the support is super super slow even if they are online. ( take days )
But so far Zorino did a good job .

It's pretty good and overall very helpful, but I hate the fact there is no wiki/documentation which just makes users have many questions and floods the ticket system leading to slower response times.

Great Addon. Wish there was some form of documentation as I would like to configure somethings but dont know how. Please correct me if im wrong with the documentation I just havent found any as of yet.
