You always wanted to change the Violation message of Matrix or even split it in several lines, so download the plugin and have a closer look at it, it contains one language file (EN_en), you can create several and create folder full of language files. You can even change the permissions you want to give to the team members. In the Config you can also change the prefix and the language file.
