I do not recommend buying the plugin because it does not work and will not work with AdvancedEnchantments and EliteEnchantments at all.
I will also add that they have a big problem with the anvil. EcoEnchated will not work with a random book. (in fact, it only works with ExcellentEnchantments, but also without an anvil)
