Open Resource Pack folder in .minecraft and drag the texture pack in, use F3 + T to reload the pack.
Open MMOItems folder in Plugins, and drop the configuration in.
Restart your server and enjoy!

Only after placing it on the server did I discover the flaws.
- Item name should not be displayed when scrolling with mouse in inventory (which is due to the background image being displayed in the name.
- Another problem is that it doesn't support enchants from MMOItems.
- Additionally, it is not possible to use the item display in the chat.
