Iv got a essentials config and groupmanager config that I'm willing to give to people in return all i ask for is a thank you. 
Im hoping to add more like this but with more ranks and different plugins.
The essentials config has kits setup for a regular factions server, iv set up the chat so it works with factions so you can customize how chat looks and have colored text when talking.
Example:
To get this to work you need to edit the factions config, i can tell you how if you don't know.
The groupmanager groups.yml file consists of
1 default group,
4 donor ranks,
YouTube rank,
Trial-Mod,
Moderator,
Mod+,
Admin,
Builder,
Owner,
Co-owner,
they are all carefully configured for a balanced community.
I use a plugin on my server called maxbans so all staff permissions are configured for that if you are just using essentials as a punishment plugin then in the permissions change maxbans for essentials for example: maxbans.ban would be changed to essentials.ban.
