This module is designed to grant your staff the ability to chat in private without other players seeing. Players with a certain permission can see/use this chat.
Installation:
1. Install FacPack-Core.
2. Restart Server
3. Drop this module in plugins/FacPack-Core/modules
4. Restart or /core load {Name}
