Faction Spawn Cheap & Clean v2017-10-23

Hello,
Recently I have built this premade Medieval themed spawn, which has the following:

• 4-5 crate spots
• 2 Free rooms for (ranklist and spawner shop)
• Food Farm
• Warzone (fully built and the spawn is already placed in)
• Enchant/Anvil room.
• Rules & Staff board
• 2 Portals
• 4 NPC spots near the spawn.
• 2 NPC spots in front of the spawn.
