I'm confident that FlameCord is the best BungeeCord fork. It has a lot of features and settings. It doesn't have an annoying (for me) captcha, but it can repel any attack. In my experience provided decent protection against DDoS and bot attacks, although seemed slightly less effective with slower attacks. But as long as its more secure and performant than Velocity, its a no-brainer. It's served my network well.

This is my second review of FlameCord. I had to write another one, because the original review was reported by LinsaFTW, the FlameCord developer.

This fork is supposed to be a great AntiBot - at least that's what the developer and builtbybit tell you. The whole AntiBot works like this; when CPS (Connections Per Second) is higher than usual, reconnect check will become active. As the name tells you, Reconnect Check is a feature in which the AntiBot kicks you and you have to reconnect. When CPS is still high and the Reconnect Check is already active, FlameCord will close the server (something like whitelist) temporarily. FlameCord also has an AntiVPN and IP limit which are active by default.

So, let's start with the reconnect check. From my opinion it's pretty useless, because even the worst bots can bypass it in matter of seconds. Yeah, you can say it works, but it will annoy normal players more than the bots. Lockdown is also pretty simple and I would say it works great, but it's still easily bypassable, because if the bots don't have 0 delay, FlameCord lockdown will not be triggered. FlameCord AntiVPN in default doesn't work really well, but you can change that in the config and it will work "just fine" after that. At the end, FlameCord has IP limit which is in default 3 accounts per IP.

The whole AntiBot works on the reconnect check which is easily bypassable, so my question is: why would someone even buy this? Yes, I said that it can block really simple bots, but if someone more experienced will bot your server, FlameCord will not help you. FlameCord generally in the world of AntiBots and botters is ridiculous. I would say that you'll do better with some free GitHub AntiBot than with FlameCord.

This would be my view of the product, but here comes the second part of this review, which is the developer himself.

LinsaFTW is the developer of FlameCord. He was nice from the beginning, but it was getting worse each message I told him about exploits his AntiBot has. I and my friend even showed him how the bots could EASILY bypass the whole antibot, which he responded by making the config more strict and yes, it slowed the bots, but that's about it. He then made NOTHING to try and fix the issue, he was insted saying how his AntiBot is the best of all, how it works perfect and how he couldn't stop the "advanced" bots. I then gave FlameCord a bad review, which he responded by writing me on discord trying to "fix the issue", but he was just cursing at me, telling me how useless and unexperienced I am and how I just want to hate and ruin his life. I was trying to calm him down, but he told me to visit a psychologist and blocked me, he also reported my review the same day.


At the end, I would say that not only the fork itself is bad, but communication with the developer is also really bad. Do not buy this AntiBot.

I don't know what other proxy could be better than this one. It's fast, reliable, has a lot of features, and the developer responds quickly and even takes suggestions. If you are looking for the best proxy - only this one
