An lightweight freeze plugin, really to use:
Permission to execute the command: freeze
Command: /freeze <user>
The user will receive an SLOW effect that lasts forever, to remove the user just re-type the command and it will remove him from freeze state.
Able to change messges:

unfreeze: "&c{User} was unfreezed"
