Excellent plugin, I use this on my server I really wish you added the ability to hook in with worldguard so they cant be used in certain areas, also maybe add more vertical velocity to the grappling hook, add the ability to configure the lore of the item, and the webs dont despawn. I am running 1.8.9 paperspigot. other than that great plugin.
