Sick of players being able to spam /helpop, well with this plugin it adds a cooldown just like the big hcf servers such as kohi and hcteams which is configurable, you can also have full control over the cooldown message, the message that tells them there helpop has been sent, and the staff message that will be received.
Only permissions are:
- helpop.view
Which basically checks if the player that is receiving the message is staff.
