House Owning System v1.2

This system is pretty good for what it costs however I found some issues that I found not really minor
First of all the standard door hinge didn't work and I had to make an easy script to remove collisions when opening. It also makes lockpicking and breaking in kinda not possible. Second is that you don't get kicked out when you unclaim or sell house which is kinda weird. I don't know if I'm the only one with these issue but looks like I did everything right when installing the system.
