Harvest sugar cane with ease

I was just browsing the resources when I saw this plugin selling for $1.50. Why pay for $1.50 for something I can easily make in Skript???? Introducing HarvesterHoe. Simply do /hh give <username> to give them a HarvesterHoe. Upon breaking Sugar Cane with a HarvesterHoe, the sugar cane is automatically put in their inventory!

COMMANDS
/hh - Main Help Page (Not functional)
/hh give <user> - Give a HarvesterHoe
/hh version - Check to see if you are up to date

PERMISSIONS
hh.admin - Access to all /hh commands
