[inventory] Plugin | A new way to brag to a server v1.3

[inventory] opens a inventory viewer for any player who clicks on it.

Overview History

This plugin adds the permissionable action to allow players to place [inventory] in chat, and have it replaced with a JSON message that views the player's inventory.
