Kits Unlocker is a plugin that allows you to give players a user friendly menu, where they can unlock the kits they want to. Its a permission based plugin so you will need a other plugin that handles the kits. This plugin is vault depended. This plugin automaticly checks if a players has a certain permission and changes the lore of the items in the gui to it.
