When player will use promocode, they cant use other promocode with their IP!
That means 1 player can use only 1 promocode, every promocode use will be logged in database.yml, IGN + IP!
Admin Permissions:
promocode.create - Create a promocode!
promocode.remove - Remove a promocode!
promocode.list - List of promocodes!
promocode.help - See help page!
Player Permissions:
Players can use /promocode <name> command without permissions!
