Additional Function Manager/Helper
1. Announcement Feature - The Announcement Feature allows the bot owner to send notification messages to all servers where the bot is present. However, these messages will only be sent if the bot is connected to a voice channel and playing music. This feature can be utilized to inform users when the bot is offline or undergoing maintenance, ensuring that users are aware of the situation through the notification message.
2. Update Feature - A dedicated channel for support has been established to share the latest information, updates, and important bot-related news.
3. Suggestions Feature - Users can now offer suggestions for bot improvements from anywhere, sending them directly to the support channel.
4. Report Feature - Users can conveniently report errors, bugs, or any issues using the 'report' command for swift resolution.
5. Blacklist Feature: Introducing the ability to blacklist users and guilds. When a user is blacklisted, they will be unable to interact with the bot regardless of where they are. Similarly, blacklisting a guild will prevent the bot from being used within that guild. These commands should be utilized in case of any suspicious activities.
6. Helpdesk/Helper: provides access to FAQs, while Helper offers features like rules, feedback submission, role claiming, and support links, all exclusive to support servers.
7. Welcome/Farewell: This feature enables the bot to send random images as greetings when users join or leave a server supported by the bot
