I've been using this software for my store for a week now and I got to say, it's amazing. In my opinion, compared to other Minecraft donation systems that offer monthly plans to access full perks, Minestore is a one time payment that includes many features which is extremely affordable long term. It includes many great features that I found useful such as tools to prevent fraud, feature to create codes for content creators or normal players, and the ability to create gift cards and coupons. A very good alternative if you want to go from paying a lot of money monthly on a store that takes fees to a self hosted store on vps or dedicated, where you pay only once.
The support is very fast and helpful, I remember the first installation when I had problems I was helped through anydesk. And small problems are answered very quickly if you make a ticket on discord.
The interface is very easy and saves you a lot of time, everything looks premium as you can see in the pictures above.

My English is not the best, don't kill me

The install is very well documented and was easy to follow with little to no experience. There were a few quirks that I had to dig through either the discord or documentation for but I got answers for almost every question I had on my own. The few questions I had left for the minestore team got answered same day, and they were all super helpful. As for the store itself, once I got everything configured it just... works. Would recommend every time.
