Collector minion for Minions-Revamped.

Minions-Revamped is required for this plugin to function.
The collector minion will search within its radius for dropped items or experience and will teleport them to its location. If the minion is linked to a chest the items will be placed into the chest. If the chest is full the collector can be configured to use a buffer.

Configurable Settings:
List - Can be used as a whitelist or black list for collecting materials.
Buffer - If the linked chest is full this can be used so items aren't just deleted.
Buffer Priority - Tells the collector whether to take from the buffer or the dropped items first.
Buffer Max - Tells the collector how many itemstacks can be stored in the buffer.
