Modpack updater v1.2.4

Tried to fix installer was running
the tool in the main directory instead
of the tool directory

TOOL CHANGELOG CAN BE SEEN BY CTRL + CLICK ON Check updates

Fixes:

• Fixed a problem with update system
  wasn't updating the .jar
