Kicks players who execute /PMC and warns them!

This is my first resource, and I got the idea while creating silly plugins for people. If a player comes on your server and tells you they're from PMC and want op to review your server, all you have them do is type /PMC!

I don't see anyone coming on and typing /pmc randomly.

True true, which is why you could implement some sort of system to notify them that if they are indeed from PMC, to type /PMC . It could be a message that is announced, a sign or in /help or whatever
