1. Download Skript ( https://github.com/SkriptLang/Skript/releases ) NOTE: This Skript was made on Skript version 2.10.2
2. Download skript-gui ( https://github.com/JakeGBLP/skript-gui-jakegblp/releases )
3. Download skript-reflect ( https://github.com/SkriptLang/skript-reflect/releases/tag/v2.6 )
4. Download Vault ( https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/vault.34315/ )
5. Place the Skript, skript-gui, skript-reflect and Vault files into your /plugins/ folder
6. Restart your server. After the server restarts, open the /plugins/Skript/scripts/ folder
7. Place the chatcolor.sk file into that directory
8. Run /sk reload chatcolor.sk in-game
9. Enjoy the Skript!
