For the price they are worth it, but some things to help keep the process of adding them quick and easy would be to add barriers to the top of the mines, it was on one of the other mine setups I bought and it was the most enjoyable experience I have had setting them up. Anyways they are great looking and the service and quality are both worth 6 stars.

For the price, they are very much worth it. Each of the styles has incredible amounts of detail. Just keep in mind that "5 variations of each" means there are 5 mines that have the same structures, only in different locations. Also, it's a world file, not schematics. Despite this, they served me very well and I would recommend them to anyone looking to start a prison server.
