RegionParticles was designed after I realized there wasn't a good solution online to provide particles based in a region. While there are many block particle plugins, this aims to allow you to do it in a region rather than set up a multitude of locations in those plugin(s).

Features:
- Unlimited regions
- Customize Particle, Count, Speed & distance per region
- Persist through restarts
- Fast data storage
- Lag-free particles.
- Install RegionParticles into your plugins folder and restart your server.
- Give yourself the wand with /Particles wand
- Select the 2 corners for your region.
- Create the region with /Particles create <name>
- Customize to your liking with the /Particles set command.

- /Particles - Main command
- /Particles reload - Reload config.yml [rp.reload]
- /Particles wand - Get selection wand [rp.give]
- /Particles create <name> - Create a region with the name specified [rp.create]
- /Particles set <name> <particle> <count> <distance> <speed> - Set the particles data for the current region name [rp.set]
- /Particles delete <name> - Delete a region [rp.delete]

This is truly a fantastic plugin.
Setting particles up in my spawn truly gives it a majestic feel and look, shocked no one has done this sooner. Developer is extremely friendly and super fast and fixing bugs. I helped with testing new versions and fixes and he was very thankful.
