it's an ok bot if you don't have enough money to buy one and for small servers, but I wouldn't really recommend using this bot because it has alot of issues, the support in their discord server isn't really that helpful either, it also lacks alot of features you would expect from the "#1 ticket bot", customization is also very limited. I think it could improve with future updates but it was first released 3 years ago..

However theres a couple things I would like to point out to you.
1. When referring to "by customization is also very limited" If you look around the configuration you'll notice a-lot of customization.
2. We may not respond quickly in discord however we always try our best to help out users if you open a ticket, The support channel is mainly used as community support,
3. The bot being released 3 years ago, We as a brand have some new exciting changes coming very soon that doesn't involve this product.
4. We are always happy to listen to suggestions and feedback.
6. After all it is a free & open source discord bot.

I have been using this bot for a while now, it’s a pretty good bot due to it being free, however, it does also have alot of bugs/issues that I reported in their discord server a while ago, but they still don’t seem to be fixed, the support team is not that friendly. It’s also definitely not the best or #1 ticket bot in terms of features

I've been using it for a long while now and have had a lot of chatter and troubeshooting with one of the devs.
This bot might not be the perfect one, but they improve each update a bit and do fix errors soon after being announced.
The ability to create additional features in form of addons fulfills this even more.

Seems like a decent bot, Documents for setup would be handy. Would also be cool if commands worked or had an error handler.

I'm speechless for such plugin/bot to be free! Could you possibly add a tutorial for people who are new I think this would be a big addition for almost every discord servers and would make small/big discord servers more proffessional!
