This system is used to judge players actions in an innovative way. Depending on a player's Karma alignment, the environment around them will treat them appropriately (only enchanting, mining, drops and experience are influenced)
For that, use WorldBorder plugin and type
/wb world fill [freq] 208 false
Replace [freq] with the number of chunks per second WorldBorder will try to check for and generate a chunk. For optimal performance, set this number to 5 or lower. A lower number will take longer but will reduce lag on your server.

If a player just goes around slaughtering pets and destroying nature, their Karma score will decrease, while one instead is a good presence in minecraft world, their Karma score will increase.
