3) Stop your server
4) Put the plugin on your server's plugin folder
5) Start your server
6) Configure it
DropBox setup:

/tethabackup - Main Command, shows the help menu - tethabackup.help
/tethabackup reload - Reloads the configuration file - tethabackup.reload
/tethabackup backup - Creates a backup - tethabackup.backup
