HOW TO INSTALL:
1) Buy and download the plugin.
2) Go to Twitter app creator page. (https://apps.twitter.com)
3) Place the plugin in the "/plugins/" folder.
4) Start and close your server.
5) Go to "/plugins/UHCAnnouncer"
6) Edit the tweet template and put the keys.
