Ultra Punishments is a great way to ban people on a GUI.
Everything can be managed from templates to making a punishment for the whole IP or just a user, Broadcast options. Everything can be edited in game you don't need to even open your file system (After uploading the .jar)
Also good to see that suggestions are always welcome and that these are considered to add to the plugins
