I have never seen a worse support. I am thinking of ways to come up with a way that it could go worse, I just can't.
I bought one of his configurations so that I could use it. There was this small bug where two of the files overlap. No matter what I do he config would revert itself to default and the whole translation process would start again. I went ahead to get help in Discord. First bro makes you make an account on his website, then you link your Discord and only then you can make a ticket.
I make a ticket, explain the situation and then ask for help. Dev just dismisses the whole message, tells me to download the new version. I reply to his message saying "I already am using the newest version", but wait. When you reply in his Discord you get muted for a while because you ping the developer. Developer sees this and says "Check the rules!!".
You buy a plugin and it's configuration for 24$, next day you see it is 2.4$, you can't even change the config without it getting reverted and erasing your whole progress, when you need to create a ticket you have to make an account in the dev's website for no reason AND THE DUDE JUST DISMISSES YOUR QUESTION AND JUST TELLS YOU TO LOOK AT THE RULES.
When I got unmuted and was finally able to tell him to please focus on my questions instead of berating, bro tells me to do the things that I already said I did. Like, at the start of the ticket. I had to figure out the problem myself by going through every line of code in the config, which is comically huge for it's abilities. Oh, also he banned from his discord me for me putting a bad review. That is the level they are operating.
I am not the kind of person to leave reviews, but this whole experience was really, really awful and annoying. I just want you to not spend your money one this. Trust me, there are similar and better alternatives.

I just want to point out my experience with this. While the plugin provides the features you need for Auction House, the price doesn't match the plugin's features and support. Others are already pointing it out, the support is really terrible. At least they should inform you if the response may be delayed or any updates but nothing, they leave your concerns without any updates.
They also sell addons which should already be available by default, the only reason why we tried this plugin is because of dupe issues. But this strips out some useful features, which is why we no longer use it.

The plugin itself is okay and gets the job done. The support in their Discord on the other hand is absolutely terrible. They provide short and unclear answers and just ignored me for several days. Eventually the support ticket just gets closed because their bot automatically closes tickets if you do not send any message within 24 hours (which wouldn't be a problem on its own) but it gets closed even if the support team doesn't reply to you. So you have to remember to send a random message every 24 hours just in hope for a response back. Again, it's an okay plugin- just forget about even asking for any support. I'm not the only one who has had a terrible experience with their support team either. Usually I don't like writing bad reviews and would prefer to tell the team directly this- but they have consistently ignored me. Hopefully it will signal to the devs and support team to do better.

Terrible support
first thing they do when you join there server is make fun of you , i wanted support for an issue i am having , they kept on arguing me on why the fact i am not polite by reading there discord rules they made fun of me once i joined the discord

The client decides not to respect the rules of discord. He does not want to understand the problem, you are the only one to have a problem like that, only because of your behavior.
